Janine decided to surprise us with her workshop and only gave us a list of things to bring with us. You can imagine my surprise when I realised that the work she did with us involved circles! I have been thinking in circles for the last week for some reason. A most enjoyable afternoon and enjoyed by us all.
We all laughed when Janine brough out a special sheet of paper in Trish's favourite colours and said she'd made it for her. You can see how pleased she is. I will post some more photos of textiles which will interest you all tomorrow.
Hi Mags...long time no contact with you. When I saw this section of your blog I almost fell over. My art group had a session on making these same circles. We referred to them as Celtic Circles. I have quite a few made into postcards and greeting cards that i send out to friends and family. I miss our occasional emails. Phyllis in Michigan fiberphyl@comcast.net
Circles are in the air Phyllis! Thanks for commenting. This email is a 'Noreply one' I have a new computer, so can't find your email. If you write to margaret.rbts@virgin.net we can continue this conversation. I hope you are well?

That workshop looks a lot of fun and a great way to experiment with designing.
