SerenTex AGM 2009

Time flies and it's another AGM, it hardly seems a week since the last one. This is how it started! In the last post there were photos of Mary's tutorial using Egypt as the source. Today some members brought along work in progress, so they were all laid down and the following is a typical SerenTex discussion.

Sorry, this video can be found on Digital Gran. Digital Gran: Testing video for serentex blog

Work in progress.

Here is the lovely quilt Miriam has just finished for her new grandson Isaac.

What do you think of this poser Sheila? I only wanted to take a photo of her lovely necklace.
There might be a Part 2 of this post!

I love the Egyptian themed pieces. I am traveling to Egypt in January 2010 and I expect I will come home buzzing with enthusiasm for themed pieces, I am hoping so. It was nice to see the work

Oh my goodness, I love that second Egyptian piece. I clicked on it to see it large and the details are wonderful

I shall come back to these again for inspiration!
